Young Entertainment Activists (Allison Begalman)
Pipeline Access Initiative 

ALLISON BEGALMAN is the Executive Director of Young Entertainment Activists (YEA!), a nonprofit mobilizing a community of 2900+ young entertainment professionals for social impact. She also serves as the co-founder of YEA!’s consulting arm, YEA! Impact, which produces impact for events, campaigns, and content for film/tv/apps, as well as advises influencers, nonprofits, brands, and companies. Allison has also founded QXX, an organization for queer female entertainment professionals and the USC Feminist Media Festival, where she serves as the alumni talent coordinator. Outside of social impact, Allison writes for television and film. She has worked at companies including Creative Artists Agency and Annapurna Pictures, as well as on TV series such as Sony TV/AMC’s Preacher and Annapurna TV/Hulu’s Monsterland.

Pipeline Access Initiative 

The 12-month Pipeline Access Initiative brings together educational panels, social impact film production and an “Ambassadors” program facilitating access between marginalized writers and creative decision-makers.
