Dignity & Power Now

Dignity and Power Now is working alongside The Black Futures Lab, in the initiative called Black to the Ballot, which registers, engages, and activates Black voters through 2 ways: The Black Agenda 2020, which is a policy agenda that translates the Black Census results into a policy platform that empowers Black communities, and through our national voter registration drive. This is a vital project that can help build leading communities and change the system from the inside out, which starts with amplifying the voices of incarcerated people, LGBTQ+ people, Black immigrants, and people who live in rural communities, among others. This project hopes to register 10,000 new voters and get 50,000 more people to pledge to support the Black Agenda 2020.
