Consumed by our vision to see a generation of ethical young African leaders confronting the root issues of youth risk behavior, unemployment, and poverty, through uplifting their communities and imparting vision and purpose to present and future generations. gold-youth is a non-profit organization contributing to measurable outcomes in education, social behavior change, and job creation amongst grassroots youth across Southern Africa.

Gold Youth uses the methodology of peer education, which harnesses the influence that young people have on their peers and younger children to bring about change. At the heart of the approach is the belief that “the strongest message is the message giver.” Our audacious goal is to develop 10 million young African leaders with character and integrity to mobilize their generation with the knowledge, tools, and support to reach their full potential, with concrete results in social behavior change, education & job creation.
