Project Description
America on Tech (AOT) has established a program model in NYC and LA that creates a pipeline of highly trained low-income BIPOC students to enter and change the face of the tech sector. AOT will continue to foster systemic change by transforming the face of tech and by increasing the presence of low-income BIPOC youth receiving high quality computer science and technology education, and engaging in the local tech sector workforce through internships and career development.
